How do we get started?


You write or call CEO Alex Ingildsen and provide all relevant information, such as the title, company address, contact person, and of course the title and profile of the new employee you are looking for.


We primarily screen our network via LinkedIn, where Alex has over 31,000 contacts from more than 8,000 brands in the textile industry.


We reach out to relevant candidates - typically 15-20 potential candidates, and check if there is immediate interest and a potential match.


In a completely straight forward and transparent process, we deliver 4-6 qualified candidates who have already expressed interest, and we naturally also schedule the meeting between the candidates and your company.

We provide this service for a fixed fee per assignment, and if one of our candidates is successfully hired, a set sign-on fee will apply.

Please note that it is the company’s responsibility to check references, conduct any personality tests, and draft the employment contract.
